CO₂ emissions are submitted by member economies that provide official data. For economies without official submissions, the EGEDA Secretariat estimates CO₂ emissions using their respective energy balances, applying the methodologies outlined in the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories.
